Residential Care & Training Centre (Level 1) in Malate
It serves as a receiving, assessment and processing center for newly admitted clients (street children). It also provides shelter, child's basic needs, psycho-social intervention and case management. After a few months in the Centre, some of the children are reconciled with their families while children who are totally abandoned or abused are moved to the Residential Care & Training Centre in Laguna to attend formal schooling.

Residential Care & Training Centre (Level 2) in Laguna
The Centre offers a long-term residential care for children. Embedded in a family-like environment, the children are rehabilitated into society and provided with the chance to attend formal education through sponsorships and partnership with schools. Dedicated staff trains train the children in basic household, social and life skills. Training and support is organized through case management schemes whereby each child's personal experience is taken into account.

After Care Program
This programme offers an extension of services to children who have been reconciled with their families. To guarantee the future success of those children, Kanlungan provides educational assistance, responsible parenthood training, family counselling, and livelihood assistance.

Street Education Program
Establishing a relationship with the children starts in the streets. Kanlungan provides street children with on-site services such as first aid, counselling, health education, and recreational activities. Furthermore, the institution organises street dweller groups, works with the street families, mobilising communities against child abuse and neglect.

Income Generating Project
It provides opportunities and therapeutic activities for children not only to earn some income, but more importantly, to increse self-esteem and teach the values of hard work. Furthermore, the livelihood projects help enhance skills and develop talents and potentials. The project includes paper recycling and card designing, cross-stitching, candle and bracelet making and shoe polishing in hotels and companies.

Farm Development Project
The project  serves as a sustainable livelihood project towards self-sufficiency and self-reliance of the organisation. The farm is located in Alfonso, Cavite near Tagaytay on two-hectares fertile land. The organic products planted and livestock to be raised help to feed children of the organisation.

The multi-purpose training centre provides young adults that did not have the opportunity of attending formal education, with a one-year traineeship. The program is designed to offer these young people an opportunity to find work and to get off the streets and away from drug abuse.  They are provided with different skills in the areas of agriculture, handicrafts, and electrical repairs. Furthermore, the farm serves as a weekend refugee for all the other children of Kanlungan.

Advocacy
The aim of the advocacy is to increase social awareness on children's rights and the plight of street children in the streets of Manila. Kanlungan initiates concerts by the Kanlungan Choral and Cultural Group, seminars for churches and schools, coordinates with the law enforcement agencies and different sectors of society. Moreover, the institution organisers volunteering, trains Junior Health Workers (JHW) and Junior Street Educators (JSE).
